By far this has been the cleanest Waffle House I have been too. The food was great. It took them awhile to get us our chocolate chip waffle but they were kind enough to make us a new one being that the first one was cold. They did this for us without us asking them to do this. Service was great !
Awful customer service! My husband and I walked in, they said hello and welcome. But 100% ignored us! No menus or drinks were offered. Besides us there was only one other customer, 5 workers! But none of them were working. They were all just talking so loud and acting as if they were at home!
If u like to be ignored and horrible customer service then I highly recommend this location
I like Waffle House. It's a little dingy, and the food will never win any awards for excellence, but there's something very cozy about going to Waffle House that isn't replicated by its competitors. I like hearing my waitress call out my order, and I like hearing the griddle sizzle as the cook prepares my food. This location doesn't have any memorable features to it, but they got my order right, the portions were generous, they got it out fast and they kept my coffee cup warm. What more could you ask for $9 including a 20% tip?
We walked out and went to another one. Never going back there again!
I had a new waiter there this morning. I don't think he's been doing this type of work for very long so he did not have much experience. The over all was good the food was good... Just have patience with the new guy
Food was of course delish!!! Our server wasn't what you'd really expect or WANT to see at a restaurant... He was really young so hopefully he still has time to learn that appearance and cleanliness is important in the food industry...
